Don't claim the artwork as yours and please don't edit the artwork

price listed is for personal use only, if you would like to use the artwork commercially there will be an added fee

there's no deadline for payment but i do not start until i receive it

i usually do not accept refund requests !

Visual refs only, i prefer a single image ref over multiple images

i only need a color ref if you're ordering a colored piece

i only need a fullbody ref if you're ordering a fullbody piece

wip update provided at sketch phase if requested in form

i will also provide a wip after flats phase if i'm unsure of colors

fill out a separate form for each piece of art you would like

I charge more for complex designs ( mmo outfits, large tattoos, etc. )

solid or transparent background included at no extra cost

i can do minor edits once i've shown you the final piece for free

major edits, edits requested after final OK is given, and a second wave of edits will cost extra

suggestive outfits are okay but i will not accept all requests

i may decline your commission if i don't feel confident in fulfilling it

feel free to post your finished commission to your account as i may not get to posting it myself for a few months ( with credit please ! )

resell allowed but not for more than purchase price unless you've added value by commissioning art of the character

buyer receives full sized png without watermark, but please do not remove my signature !

you can tweak the design as long as you don't edit my art

do not split an adopt into twins, etc. one purchased design stays as one character

credit me if you post your character to toyhou.se

breaking t.o.s. will result in being added to my blacklist

second character: +100% of original order

rush fee: +80% of your original order

commercial use: price varies depending on type but expect at least a 80USD increase in price
